U.S. Wheat Genomics Community Determines Future
Priorities for Research

On November 30 to December 2, 2007, the wheat genomics community met in Kansas City to foster better communication among the group and to determine their genomic priorities for wheat research. Attached is a summary of the meeting which includes their priorities. In the process of building a consensus, they tried to be as open and transparent as possible. The summary reflects attempts to survey the U.S. wheat community, as well as, the outcome of their meeting.
