CYFAR Sustainable Community
Projects Application Instructions
CYFAR provides funding
for “Sustainable Community Projects” (SCP)
to Cooperative Extension Services at 1862
land-grant universities and colleges in states
and territories having successfully completed
five years of CYFAR programming for high
need, vulnerable youth and families.
The following documents give an SCP overview
and provide information and worksheets for
states to use as they develop their new SCP proposals.
Logic Model Forms must be completed and returned as a PDF attachment to the CYFAR SCP application in Grants.gov.
