Request for Applications (RFA)
A Request for Applications (RFA) is a formal statement that invites applications in a well-defined area to accomplish specific program objectives. A RFA should indicate the amount of funds set aside for competition, the estimated number of awards to be made, and the deadline for submitting an application. Applications submitted in response to a RFA for the VMLRP will be reviewed for completeness and eligibility before they are reviewed by a peer review panel. More information on the review process can be found on the VMLRP Application Review Process page.
