The Livestock
and Poultry Environmental Stewardship (LPES)
Curriculum Project includes 26 lessons
to assist livestock and poultry producers
in acquiring certification and/or achieve
environmentally sustainable production
systems. The LPES educational materials
were nationally developed and regionally
piloted.
The lessons consist of six modules with
environmental stewardship and/or regulatory
compliance assessment tools for most lessons
and PowerPoint presentations for each lesson.

Agency (EPA), the National Agriculture Compliance
Assistance Center, and University of Nebraska
