CABI Compendia
The Animal Health and Production, Crop Protection,
and Forestry Compendia are interactive encyclopedia
databases that bring together a wide range
of scientific information that is useful
to scientists and educators. This information
is particularly important when first responders
to plant and animal disease outbreaks need
to find out about diseases and plant pests
that they have never encountered.
The CABI Compendia are comprised of information
from thousands of specialists throughout
the world. All has been peer-reviewed and
edited to CAB International's established
quality standards. It is published on CD-ROM
and online and updated regularly.
Beginning in January 2004, CSREES made the
three compendia available to land-grant university
faculty and staff members. More information
about how these individuals can gain access
to this resource is available at the Regional
Pest Management Centers Web site.
If you are not a land-grant university faculty
or staff member, CABI provides subscription
information.
