SBIR Grantee Information - Financial Status Report (SF-269)

SBIR grantees are required to submit a SF-269, Financial Status Report, in hard copy, within 90 days of the grant termination date. The reports should be sent to the Funds Management Section (FMS):

If a deadline extension is needed to complete the form, but not to complete the project, the request should be submitted via a signed letter to Philip Sue-Ling at the addresses above. It should include the grant number, requested new due date, and an adequate justification.
