SBIR Grantee Information - Closing Out Requirements
Grantees must complete several project activities and administrative actions before a project can be officially “closed out.” Properly closing out an award is critical because 1) NIFA approval of the final technical report is necessary to release the final 15% of grant funds and 2) no grants (i.e., phase II grants) will be offered to companies delinquent in submitting required paperwork. Below are close out-related documents.
