National Research Initiative - Managed Ecosystems
The goals of the Managed Ecosystems program are to protect and enhance the natural resource base and environment through the appropriate use and management of ecological systems; enhance economic opportunities by increasing productivity and ecosystem services; and improve the quality of life in rural America through improved environmental quality. Applicants are strongly encouraged to read the entire Program Description section for current priorities and additional information relative to the program of interest.
