Reporting Web Conference Series

The Reporting Web Conference Series (RWC) is a bi-monthly series run by the NIFA Planning Accountability and Reporting Staff (PARS) which seeks to foster consistent, quality communication between NIFA leadership and its partners, including the Land Grant University system.  The RWC is an effective tool for NIFA to explain new or emerging reporting policies and procedures as well as an opportunity for grantees and business offices at the LGUs to participate in real-time Q&A sessions.  The general topics covered by the RWC series include:

  • AREERA State Plans of Work
  • Annual Reports of Accomplishments
  • Outcome Reporting
  • Financial Reporting
  • REEport

Each bi-monthly web conference usually covers two topics—one related to software or report formats and one related to content quality guidance. Half of each conference is reserved for answering questions. Conferences are scheduled for the second Thursday of even months from 2 to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern).

RWC E-Mail List

A RWC e-mail list will notify interested parties on news, schedules, and other issues relating to the series. Interested parties may subscribe to the list by sending an e-mail message to: lyris@lyris.nifa.usda.gov. Skip your subject line and in the body of your message type: subscribe reportingwc - then hit your send button. Be sure you receive an e-mail confirming your subscription.
