The Institute of Bioenergy, Climate, and Environment (IBCE) administers advance energy independence and help agricultural producers adapt to climate variables. IBCE’s core programs address basic natural resources—including air, water, and soil—to advance sustainable forest, range, and agricultural production. The institute’s three divisions promote the transdisciplinary, seamless integration of research, education, and Extension efforts across all NIFA programs.
