Reporting Civil Rights Compliance

EOS creates and submits the following reports mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice as part of its civil rights compliance requirements:

  • Multi-Year Affirmative Action Plan for Minorities and Women - Due every September
  • Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) Accomplishment Report and Update - Due every January
  • Civil Rights Implementation Plan - Due every September
  • Civil Rights Accomplishment Report and Updates - Due every August
  • Annual Report on Age Discrimination – Due every August
  • 09/04/2012nt Program (FEORP) - Due every October/November
  • Disabled Veterans Affirmative Action Plan (DVAAP) - Due every October/November
  • 5-Year Workforce Plan - Due every September
  • Workforce Profiles – Due Quarterly
