Overview:
Dr. Holland has responsibility for providing scientific, managerial leadership and direction in formulating and implementing policies and programs that support research, education and extension. Dr. Holland serves as the principal scientific and management advisor to the Deputy Director for Food and Community Resources in administering, evaluating, planning, directing and coordinating activities related to the mission and functions of NIFA.
