Overview:
P.S. serves as Special Assistant (1890 Programs) to the Assistant Director, Institute of Youth, Family, and Community; serves as Specialist for the 1890 Programs and National Program Leader for the 1890 Facilities Grant Program; Prepares and recommends NIFA National Environmental Policy Act Decision Notices; Prepares and recommends matching fund waivers for 1890 Institutions and the land-grant system as well; Performs other duties and special assignments as assigned by the Institute Assistant Director.
