Overview:
Tonya is Director for the Financial Operations Division. She ensures the integrity of NIFA's obligations, interagency agreements, payments, and subsequent reporting in conjunction with the Department's overall financial statements. She serves as the Financial Operations Officer and the Certifying Officer for all funds for the agency. She is responsible for 1.75 billion annually.
