Overview:
Ann is the National Program Leader for microbial genomics and for the biology of microbes that have agriculturally significant associations with plants. She has administered numerous competitive grants programs, including AFRI programs focused on plant-associated microorganisms, microbial communities in the soil, food-borne pathogen-plant interactions, fungal pathosystems and oomycete pathosystems.
