Overview:
Edward supervises staff and is responsible for highly specialized accounting and cost analysis activities; develops and maintains information on indirect cost rates established by NIFA and other federal agencies; reviews, analyzes, and resolves audit findings received in OIG and OMB audit reports; conducts financial, compliance, and administrative reviews; oversees all aspects of the Oversight Section.
