Overview:
Eddy provides overall leadership to the 4-H Military partnership programs with the US Army, US Air Force and US Navy and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. This work includes establishing Federal Interagency Agreements between the program partners, developing comprehensive grant programs with universities, providing extensive training for 4-H, military staff and community members, documenting and reporting accomplishments, and promotion of the overall programs. He has responsibility for providing technical support, including grant and budget management, integration of web technology and programs, data input and analysis, reporting, communications, and overall project material production. Eddy works directly with senior leadership of the respective services and the university system to provide ongoing support for military children and families as well as promoting the overall 4-H program with these audiences.
Additionally, Eddy serves in several capacities providing support to the 4-H Camping program, Collegiate 4-H, National 4-H Conference and the 4-H Mission Mandate of Citizenship.
